Once upon time it was a cantonment town in British India. One look at Chakrata and it becomes clear that this place is blessed to be the eternal home of natural beauty.Alongside these forest ,picturesque village of Jaunsari tribe compliments . On the northern slopes is situated Mundali where skiing is possible during Novenber to April.
